We love the process of "HANDMADE" so no machines are used in the production of our products, it's all 100% done by our hands with love.

We only accept PayPal payments. Please Note that you can use your credit cards to pay through PayPal without needing to actually have a PayPal account. (no login necessary)
For local (Hong Kong) buyers, bank direct transfer is also accepted. Please contact us for more details.
For International Shipping:
After the period of production time, all international orders will be shipped by Hong Kong Registered Air Mail for 10-14 business days to major cities all over the world.
For Local Shipping:
After the period of production time, all domestic orders will be shipped by Hong Kong Registered Air Mail for 3-4 business days.
Express delivery is also available. It takes around 2-4 business days for delivery. The fee depends on the destination, please contact us if you wish to upgrade to this option.
Please notice that the order will be shipped to your eCRATER address unless specified otherwise. If your PayPal and eCRATER addresses are different, PLEASE let us know which one is the correct one. If you want us to send the item as a gift to a different address, please contact us.
If your parcel is unclaimed and being returned to us by local post office, you may need to pay delivery cost for returning you the parcel from us, cost to be quoted upon the item.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
if you provide us with an incorrect shipping address, you order is not refundable if lost. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping addresses when they purchase items from our shop.
We do not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Any shipping charges of returns or resends are the responsibility of the customers. Also we do not responsible for any additional delivery or traffic cost for picking up the package at post office or custom. We appreciate your understanding and patience to any possibility of delay on delivery.
All orders are fully wrapped and packed for delivery. We apologies that we do NOT provide refund or exchange for all personalized items (including broken, flaws or damaged products, or lost package that caused by transit).
It is important to us that you will be happy with your item. If the item you bought does not meet your expectations, please notify me within 7 days of receiving your purchase and if we cannot work it out we will refund you (not including shipping costs), as soon as the item arrives back at my address. Please return the item in its original package, in new and unused condition.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, both the original and return.
But CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED orders can NOT be refunded, as they are specially made.
Leather is nature material. They will not be exactly the same even they are from the same cow. And handmade item also will not be exactly the same, That's why each item has its own originality.
Please note that color of products may vary slightly from screen to screen. Moreover, the color and type of leather may have slightly difference due to the raw materials.
